Assistant Village Manager
Reporting to the Village Manager, you'll play an integral role in the day-to-day leadership and operation of the village. You'll oversee administration and reception services, support and mentor the Village team, and help ensure the village operates efficiently while delivering an outstanding resident experience. This role is well suited to someone who has experience in retirement living, aged care, community services, healthcare, or hospitality and enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with meaningful relationships and exceptional customer service.
