This beautifully spacious Village has been designed and refined to include something to suit every lifestyle. At the heart of the Village is an Australian homestead-style Clubhouse with wide verandahs overlooking the bowling and putting green that are ideal for enjoying a meal from the restaurant, sharing a drink or keeping an eye on the competition below! Throughout the beautifully landscaped Village you’ll find a number of smaller Clubhouses, offering a more intimate setting where you can join a class, grab a coffee or spend some time choosing from the library. And throughout the Village you’ll find spaces to suit almost every hobby - from our large and very well-used Workshop and Art Studio, to our heated pool and gym, and beautiful community garden. We’ve also included all the functional touches that make your life here that much easier, such as spacious rooms for visiting health professionals, on-site hairdresser and plenty of room for caravans and boats.
The social calendar at St Ives Murdoch is second to none.
With the Village priding itself on its welcoming, fun and friendly atmosphere, you’ll have a choice to enjoy everything from exercise and yoga classes to cards, darts, pool and meditation.
The Village has an active Residents’ Committee which helps organise the activities and events, as well as acting on behalf of all residents, communicating feedback to Village Management and helping resolve any issues if they arise.
When it comes to Village activities and the Committee, you can choose to participate as much or as little as you like – the choice is completely up to you.
If you’re interested in finding out what life is really like at St Ives Murdoch our team can help organise a Village Experience, where you can meet with our residents either for a coffee, or to participate in one of the many activities on offer, and see how Village life really is for yourself.

You simply couldn’t ask for a better location than St Ives Murdoch. For starters, we’re right next door to Murdoch Uni, so you’ll be able to take advantage of all the amenities the Campus provides (as well as begin some new studies perhaps!). Fremantle is 20 minutes down South Street and there are a number of beautiful open parks and golf courses surrounding the Village. For your convenience, large and small shopping centres, dining options and two world-class hospitals are a short drive away - or bus ride using one of the many nearby public transport stops - with the Freeway and Murdoch train station making trips into the City simple.
We offer large, spacious one, two and three bedroom Villas and apartments, each with beautifully landscaped gardens and separate outdoor entertaining spaces. All homes have been cleverly designed to maximise space and enhance natural light, while superbly appointed kitchens and bathrooms throughout provide the touches that make living here that much more enjoyable. For your comfort, the Villas boast high ceilings, innovative design and superior workmanship to ensure light, bright and airy living, and cleverly integrated indoor and outdoor spaces - while the apartments offer huge private balconies and terraces, which offer additional living and entertaining areas, with most offering views across the nearby playing fields or the Village itself. All homes come with secure parking, plenty of storage space and, of course, 24 hour emergency call systems.
