St Ives Resident Benefit Program – terms and conditions.

General

1. All St Ives residents are automatically a member of the Resident Benefits Club promotion.

2. Residents will be provided with a Resident Benefits Card by St Ives which will form their proof of membership for outside providers.

3. By choosing to participate in the promotion, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

4. Unless explicitly stated, employees, contractors and agents of St Ives and its related companies and their respective immediate families are not ineligible to participate in the promotion.

5. Full details of all promotions included within the Resident Benefits Club will be communicated on the St Ives website at stivesgroup.com.au, as well as through the Happiness Report.

Promotor

6. St Ives as a promoter means St Ives Villages ABN 63 123 104 183 carrying on business as St Ives Retirement Living and other names.

Promotion duration

7. The promotion will commence at 00.01am on the 1st May 2018 and will cease at 11.59pm on the 31st December 2025.

8. External suppliers may withdraw from the promotion at any time by providing written notice to St Ives, who will then inform residents through internal communication channels.

Method of membership

9. All St Ives residents will be automatically entered into the promotion.

Membership notification

10. All St Ives residents will receive a Resident Benefits Card upon their entry into a village.

11. If any resident loses their card a replacement will be available from their Village reception.

Publicity

12. St Ives reserves the right to publicise the promotion, including participating residents, if required.

13. Participating residents may also be requested by St Ives to participate in a photo session and acknowledge that St Ives has the right to use such publicity photos in any medium (including, without limitation, the Internet), and in any reasonable manner it deems fit.

14. Residents agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes without charge.

Indemnity & disclaimer

15. All participants in the promotion release and indemnify St Ives and all of its related companies and personnel from and against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury, damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
16. Neither St Ives nor any of its related companies or personnel will be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of the promotion is not provided.

17. Neither St Ives nor any of its related companies or personnel will be liable to any person for any loss or damage sustained or incurred if, for any reason, the promotion is suspended, varied or terminated at any time, with or without prior warning or publicity.
18. Neither St Ives nor any of its related companies or personnel will be liable to any person for any loss or damage sustained or incurred arising from late, lost or misdirected entries to any promotions.

Reserved rights

19. St Ives reserves the right to exclude any person from this promotion for any reason whatsoever.

20. In all matters, all decisions of St Ives will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
21. St Ives reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any time.

Offer details

Free Golf lessons at Wembley Golf Course 

22. Registrations for golf lessons will be collected through Village notice boards or by residents emailing [email protected]

23. Lesson days and times will be set by St Ives based on quantity of interested residents and communicated to all interested parties. Attendance at particular days/times will be on a first-in basis

24. It is the responsibility of the sales team member to contact all interested parties, inform them of the lesson day and time and confirm their attendance

25. Lessons are held as group lessons and can contain up to 6 people max

26. Lessons will contain a mixture of residents and prospective residents (prospective residents will be invited by St Ives)

27. Each resident (and each prospect) is eligible for one free lesson per month

28. There is no limit on how many months a resident can take advantage of the free lessons

29. Monthly invites to prospects will be at the discretion of the sales team member

30. St Ives takes no responsibility for any injuries sustained while on Wembley Golf Course premises

31. Residents must show their Resident Benefits Card to receive the discount off plants, trees, pottery and giftware only

32. The discount does not apply to seedlings or garden products (including but not limited to potting mixes and fertilisers)

33. The offer includes free delivery of any goods

34. Discounts can not be offered retrospectively if a resident forgets their card

35. Discount cannot be used for online purchases

36. This offer does not apply to Customer Credit Accounts

37. This offer is not applicable to ceramic items eg. clay, glazes, kilns, wheels etc.

38. This offer does not apply to items marked NETT, books, items that have been reduced, placed on special or are not normal stock items/ordered in from another store. Discount valid on retail prices only.

40. Minimum Purchase: Wine purchased through our website must be a minimum of 12 bottles.

41. Shipping: We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Deliveries to Perth Metro and South West WA will arrive within 7 days.  Deliveries to the rest of Australia will arrive within 14 days. Delivery (anywhere in Australia) will be charged at $10 per order. Currency of transaction is Australian Dollars only.

42. Calneggia Family Vineyards will endeavour to take the utmost care in packing your wine orders.  We will replace or refund you for any bottle of Calneggia Family Vineyards wine that is damaged in transit.  We are unable to replace wines ordered in error.  If an incorrect item has been shipped, Calneggia Family Vineyards will refund or replace the items.  Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to repost or refund the damaged or incorrect wines. If you are unhappy with your wine please contact us to organise a refund.
