Meet our Board

Our Board of Directors is responsible for two specialist property businesses – St Ives Retirement Living and St Ives Realty. The Board is appointed through its sole owner organisation, the Royal Automotive Club of Western Australia (RAC WA). Directors meet regularly to plan St Ives’ strategic direction and projects, as well as to monitor goals and performance of the business.

Appointed to the St Ives Group Board in August 2007 • Previous partner of Ernst & Young for 14 years • RAC Councillor since 1999 • Senior Partner at Gooding Partners Chartered Accountants, launched in 1998 and specialising in business, financial accounting and tax advice for high-net worth clients and large private companies • Holds non-executive director positions on a number of public and private company Boards.

Mr Tony Evans

BBus, DipEd, FCPA, FCIS, MAICD

Appointed July 2013 • RAC Councillor since 2006, currently RAC Senior Vice President and Club Board member • Past executive management roles with Chevron, Perth Diocesan Trustees, Iluka Resources Ltd, Murdoch University and WA Petroleum Pty Ltd • Chairman of Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand, non-executive director of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine and Australian Dental Council Ltd. Governing Council member of Pilbara Institute • Board appointments have included health, aged care, superannuation, financial, public sector and charitable organisations.

Ms Vicki Robinson

Appointed January 2024 • Director of RACWA Holdings Pty Ltd and RAC Finance Limited • Member of the Curtin University Council Legislative Committee• Various roles in the Wesfarmers Group over 20 years including Executive General Manager Company Secretariat for Wesfarmers Limited until October 2023, General Manager Legal – Corporate for Wesfarmers Limited and General Manager of Energy Generation Pty Ltd • Previous board roles include director of Black Swan State Theatre Company

Mr Robert Slocombe

B.Bus, M.Bus, M.Sc Tech, FAIM

Appointed March 2019 • Group Chief Executive Officer of RAC since March 2019 • Chief Operating Officer of RAC from September 2014 to March 2019 • Prior to joining the RAC, spent 27 years in banking and financial services, primarily in retail banking, financial market trading and treasury roles • Holds a certificate in Financial Markets, a Bachelor of Business degree, a Master of Business degree, a Master of Science and Technology degree and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
