We are both very happy with the lifestyle we have chosen here at St Ives Murdoch for many reasons. We both enjoy gardening and belong to the Community Garden Group . As we love to get away in our caravan we no longer have the commitment to look after our garden plots as fellow gardeners will look after your plot while you’re on your holiday.Moving into St Ives Murdoch we no longer need to mow big lawns or maintain large gardens. We can lock up and leave and the villa garden will be attended to by the gardener. They do a good job at trimming back the hedges.St.Ives Murdoch has great location close to two hospitals St. John of God Murdoch and Fiona Stanley where l spent all of February 2023 with lots of hospital appointments after discharge Luckily there are bus services to the hospital just outside the gate with only a 5 minute journey to outside the hospitalsNo worries about finding or paying for parking. The social aspect of living at St.Ives is excellent with a variety of different activities that you can join inWe have made many new friends from all walks of life and everyone in our Street looks out for each other. We have made the right choice to live here at St.Ives Murdoch. |
