What You’ll Be Doing

  • This is a highly varied role where no two days are the same, and where your ability to balance financial accuracy with genuine customer service will be highly valued.
  • Managing invoices and monthly statements
  • Completing monthly billing reviews and reconciliations
  • Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Coding invoices to budget and entering data into the accounting system
  • Monitoring utility and service invoicing and identifying discrepancies
  • Processing reimbursements, credit card payments, and banking
  • Tracking purchase orders and preparing monthly accrual information
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including asset register updates and purchase order tracking
  • Assisting with administration, compliance documentation, and service agreements
  • Providing general administration and reception support
