Village Services Manager

About the role

Working closely with the Village Manager, you’ll lead the smooth day‑to‑day operation of village services, administration and reception, while supporting and guiding the Village team. This is a part time role working 30 hours per week over 4 days.

Key responsibilities

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

Act as a first responder in emergency situations (fire, medical, etc.)

Provide high‑quality administration services to residents, visitors, contractors and stakeholders

Welcome and support new residents, helping them settle into village life

Lead, support and coordinate the Village Operations team

Manage rosters, accounts, invoices and receipting

Coordinate and oversee the Contractor Management System

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety requirements
