Excellent security, safety ramps, personal alarm equipment, and many other safety features. 

Every person I have met in the village is kind, caring, and happy. Also, energetic! One can do as little or as much as they wish with the many activities that are on offer. 

The staff/salesperson was very helpful, efficient, and explained everything very clearly about buying into the village, the costs, what the costs cover, and what to expect once moved in.
