Glengarry Village is a 'boutique' Village comprising of 53 units nestled in beautiful gardens overlooking Glengarry Park nature reserve. It is located next door to Glengarry Private Hospital, a medical centre and an easy 100m walk to the Glengarry Shopping Centre, Post Office, restaurants, tavern and fast food outlets. There is even a service station.

The Village is 5 minutes from the coast and 20 minutes from the centre of Perth. A bus to Warwick train station passes our door.

Villas

We have 20 two bedroom architect designed Villas. They feature fully fitted kitchens, built in robes and private courtyards. All have air conditioning insulated ceilings and security screens fitted to doors and windows.

Each Villa is individually metered for electricity and telephone.

We care about your well-being - a unique "are you well" system is installed in Villas to ensure Residents' daily well-being. This is also linked to our 24 hour emergency call service.

Villa Residents are given priority should they wish to transfer to The Lodge.

The Lodge
- our Assisted Living Apartments

Our Lodge comprises 26 single and 7 double room, fully serviced assisted living apartments, each with ensuite bathroom facilities.

Three meals a day are provided to Residents in The Lodge. The meals are prepared by our staff in the Lodge kitchen and served in the dining room. Weekly cleaning of units and bed linen and towels are included in the fortnightly levy.

Each unit includes quality carpets, tiled bathrooms, ample cupboards and robes, a vanity unit with mirror and quality window treatments. The apartments are air conditioned via a ducted central evaporation cooling plant. Corridors are heated and each apartment is also provided with wall mounted heaters.

For peace of mind emergency call buttons, linked to our 24 hour emergency call service, are provided in each unit.

Our community lounge, activity room, hairdressing salon and laundry are available for use by all Residents.
