How do I apply for a job with the St Ives?

Register and apply online for one of our advertised positions. You will be required to complete an application form and upload a current resume. Your details will be stored and matched to any future opportunities that may arise.

Can I communicate directly with St Ives Human Resources?

We prefer that candidates apply online to enable your details to be electronically stored and tracked.  You can also liaise with us by calling the telephone number on the job vacancy advertisement. 

What if I’m not an Australian citizen?

Non-residents who do not possess a current work visa should visit the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to obtain information about working in Australia. Non-residents who possess a current work visa should check visa conditions for eligibility.

If you are working in Australia with an approved Work Visa you are entitled to the same pay and work conditions as Australian residents and citizens.  All applicants are asked to provide evidence of citizenship or visa status.

How long does a job remain online?

Jobs remain active until the closing date listed in advertised positions.

 What happens after I submit my application?

After you submit your online application, your details will be reviewed in relation to the specific requirements of the role. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and next steps confirmed. Each selection process is different.  However candidates can expect some of the following to occur (depending on the position):

  • face-to-face, telephone or video interviews
  • reference checks, pre-employment medical assessment and drug screen (where applicable)
  • psychometric assessment (where applicable), and
  • site visit

Do I need to include referees in my application?

You should attempt to nominate at least two professional referees, one of whom should be your current supervisor/manager. Referees will not be contacted without prior consent from the candidate.
