Established in 1982, the St Ives Group has an impressive record of achievement in the delivery of quality care, support services and facilities for older people in retirement villages, residential care and those living in the community.
The Group's current range of community and residential care services includes:
- The provision of Community Aged Care Packages for people residing in their own homes in Metropolitan Perth and South West WA, Alice Springs (NT) and under joint venture associations in Canberra and Victoria,
- The operation of two homecare assessment and coordination programs in Metropolitan Perth for the Department of Veterans Affairs,
- The operation of two high quality residential low band facilities in Metropolitan Perth (one in Murdoch and one in Myaree),
- The provision of Extended Aged Care Packages for people residing in their own home in the North, South West and South East Metropolitan region.
- Dementia Specific Care Packages in North and South West region, Dementia Specific Home and Comunity Care Services.
- Mainstream HACC Services for Personal Care, Domestic Assistance and Social Support. HACC services for people from non-english speaking backgrounds.
- The provision of a wide range of private homecare services in Metropolitan Perth, both in retirement villages and the wider community.
- Transition Care Service - South West Region. This is a time limited service with a focus on rehabilitive care for older people on discharge from hospital.
- Pilot Day Respite Program for residents who are supported by a primary carer in the Melville, Cockburn and Fremantle localities.
- Aged Care Services Australia is also a Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised training that meets the needs of the aged care industry.
