The St Ives Group is a leading provider of community care services in Western Australia. Established in 1982, the St Ives Group has an impressive record of achievement in the delivery of quality care, support services and facilities for older people in retirement villages, residential care and those living in the community.
St Ives Care supports the Wellness Approach to service delivery. The Wellness concept promotes the enhancement of quality of life through strengthening capacity, maintaining ( and often increasing ) independence and building on the abilities and strengths of the people receiving our range of services.
The Group's current range of community services include:
- The provision of Community Aged Care Packages for people residing in their own homes in Metropolitan Perth and South West WA, Alice Springs (NT) and under joint venture associations in Canberra and Victoria,
- The operation of two homecare assessment and coordination programs in WA for the Department of Veterans Affairs,
- The provision of Extended Aged Care Packages for people residing in their own home in the North, South West and South East Metropolitan region.
- Dementia Specific CACP & EACH Packages in North and South West region, Dementia Specific Home and Community Care Services and dementia HACC.
- Mainstream HACC Services for Personal Care, Domestic Assistance and Social Support. HACC services for people from non-english speaking backgrounds.
- The provision of a wide range of private homecare services in Metropolitan Perth, both in retirement villages and the wider community.
- Transition Care & EACH Service - South West Region WA. This is a time limited service with a focus on rehabilitive care for older people on discharge from hospital.
- Day Respite in a residential care facility for individuals in the community who are supported by a primary carer.
- St Ives Care Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised training that meets the needs of the aged care industry.
