TRANSITION CARE SERVICE
Aged Care Services Australia is a leading provider of Community Care Services. An opportunity exists to join an exciting program in the Bunbury - Busselton area.
Transition care is an initiative of the State and Commonwealth Government to assist older people to return home following acute episodes of hospital care by providing community based rehabilitation and therapy services.
The following positions are available:
SUPPORT WORKERS - Casual/Part-time
Support staff are required to assist in the on-going rehabilitation to independence assisting with daily living tasks such as: personal care, domestic assistance etc.

AGED CARE SERVICES Aged Care Services Australia (a division on the St Ives Group) is a Registered Training Organisation offering high quality and nationally recognised training to individuals wishing to gain employment or currently employed in the health care industry. Aged Care Services Australia (ACSA) was established in 1997 to provide Community Services in the Course available - Free Traineeships Certificate III in Community Services (Aged Care) Aged Care Services Australia is able to offer Government funded traineeships to eligible new workers for Certificate III in Aged Care (CHC30102). The training course consists of 460 hours, which includes theory and practical training in our dedicated training facility and work experience in the community. Comprehensive training materials are provided to all students. Trainees will be paid for their classroom attendance. ACSA RTO recognises both credit transfer and RPL as pathways towards the certificate III in Aged Care. Enrolment forms are available on request. Aged Care Services Australia is an Registered Training Organisation that works within the Australian Quality Training Framework and as such recognises qualifications and certificates issued by other RTO's.
