The St Ives Group is a leading provider of retirement accommodation and community care services in Western Australia.

Established in 1982, the Group has an impressive record of achievement in the design, construction, marketing and management of retirement villages and the delivery of quality care, support services and facilities for older people in retirement villages, residential care and those living in the community.

Since 1982, St Ives has overseen the construction of over 800 retirement accommodation units in Western Australia and assisted in the relocation of over 1200 families into retirement housing.

In addition to owning and operating retirement villages and residential care facilities, St Ives also provides a full range of consultancy services for the planning, development and management of retirement and residential care facilities. Clients in Western Australia currently include local government, a University and private investors.

The group's general real estate business 'St Ives Sales' was established over 25 years ago by agency principal Ray Fitzgerald. Since its formation, St Ives Sales has always been regarded as progressive and professional real estate service.

The Group's current range of community and residential care services includes:

• The provision of over 300 Community Aged Care Packages for people residing in their own homes in Metropolitan Perth, Alice Springs (NT) and under joint venture associations in Canberra and Victoria,
• The operation of two homecare assessment and coordination programs in Metropolitan Perth for the Department of Veterans Affairs,
• The operation of two high quality residential aged care hostels in Metropolitan Perth (one in Murdoch and one in Myaree),
• The provision of a wide range of private homecare services in Metropolitan Perth, both in retirement villages and the wider community.
